Andre Arbus
Andre Arbus (1903-1969) was a French furniture designer, sculptor and architect. Due to his merits in the world of design and architecture, he was honored to create the jewelry cabinet of the English Princess Elizabeth. Arbus always remained a traditionalist, continuing to follow the artistic principles of 18th-century French cabinetmakers. In his works, he emphasized the beauty of forms, symmetry and followed classical proportions. The master simultaneously followed the neoclassical French style, inspired by the era of Louis XVI, and reflected the modern lifestyle, creating elegant and at the same time comfortable furniture.
