Vladimir Dubossarsky was born in Moscow in 1964. Vladimir began to exhibit during perestroika, and now his paintings are a part of collections in such important museums as: the Russian Museum, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Paris Pompidou Center and in several dozen other major museums and galleries.
