Egor Fedorychev (born 1988, Omsk) entered Art Industrial College (Omsk), Russian Academy of Theatrical Art (Moscow), Institute of Contemporary Art, (Moscow), and The Rodchenko Art School (class of Sergey Bratkov, Moscow).
The artist follows the strategy of appropriation, transformation of non-artistic material into the art reality, creating artworks in between sculpture and collage, picture and object.
Works are in the private collections, also in the collections of the Multimedia Art Museum (Moscow),Contemporary Art Center Winzavod (Moscow), Zuzeum (Riga), V. Smirnov and K. Sorokin Foundation (Moscow) and the Limonov Art Foundation (St. Petersburg).
In 2020 Egor was ranked among the "Top-50 most promising Russian artists" according to The Art Newspaper Russia. In 2018 he became a nominee of the State Prize in the field of contemporary art "The Innovation" ("New generation" nomination).
