CCSA is a community of contemporary Siberian artists, as well as a gallery and independent group of artists, based on self-organization. Each member contributes to the maintenance of the exhibition activities (through personal effort, financially, and informationally), as well as to the formation of ethical and aesthetic principles within the group.
The CCCC's geographic reach includes Barnaul, Bratsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Ulan-Ude, and Yakutsk, etc.
Polina Slepenkova, an art critic, independent curator, and former art director at the Anna Nova Gallery (2020-2024), serves as the community's curator.
The mission of the CCSA, as an association and gallery, is to explore and promote independent art from Siberia, showcasing it on the global art scene and integrating it into the Russian and international art market.
