Wall decor, diptych
The panel by Ruslan Mazloev was made from cattail, this is a perennial aquatic plant. The author used traditional weaving technique Arjen.
Initially, ardjen was an interior item for the convenience of people, they also prayed on ardjen, the child took the first steps on a mat. Ruslan likes that his works are used in interiors now, that ardjen lives in the modern world. Natural materials always bring comfort and harmony to the interior. The ardjens have their own unrepeatable vegetable smell and energy.
Ardzhen cannot be made on mechanical machines, it is only handmade. You need to feel the tension of the threads and the density of the grass itself. You can understand this only with your fingers.
