Chair 1 of 337
Chair "1 of 337". The source of inspiration is the Angara River, the only one flowing from Lake Baikal. Associative series: a walk in a snowy landscape, trails, river beds, snowdrifts, padded jacket. The basis of the lines embroidered on the chair is the bed of the Angara River from its source to the point of connection with the Yenisei River. The riverbed is “divided” into sections and artistically embroidered on the chair. The fabric for the cover was chosen with a hard, “brittle” density, to associate with the snowy landscape, and the fishing line in the composition gives an additional glare effect in different lighting conditions. The textured thread for embroidery was chosen with light fibers, this is associated with the effect of winter floating over the river.
"Rozmarin" is a design studio that creates private and commercial interiors. The studio's signature aesthetic is determined by the presence of a philosophy/concept in each interior, color balance, layering and detail.
Many of the interiors created by the studio contain objects of art and craft production, made according to the sketches of the studio's designers. Some of the items are handmade by the designers themselves. The most commonly used material is textiles, the technique in which objects are most often created is collage, applique with embroidery elements using related materials.
The main source of inspiration is Siberian nature and the people for whom the objects are created. Textures, shades of fabrics and their combination with natural materials.
The main argument for the presence of art and craft objects in our interiors is the creation of a special atmosphere that is unattainable with factory-made objects.
