"Andrey Pomulev is a St. Petersburg artist, whose style and philosophy of work were formed not without the participation of Timur Novikov's New Academy. From his mentor, the author of strict cosmic landscapes took the attitude towards a harmonious symbiosis of classical forms and images of modern pop culture, as well as a critical rethinking of the artistic avant-garde. At the same time, the artist's own images look like the fruit of the visualized fantasies of a passionate robot poet."
