Prayer
The spatial extent of our universe that we perceive with our minds and senses is present in this world as the Silence. The Silence exists not only in space but also within us in the form of infinite depth. When we are fully present it is possible for us to come in touch with it as if it is the serene inner space of not-a-mind.
Diana Vouba born in 1958 in Abkhazia. In 1986 he graduated from Tbilisi Academy of Arts. In the wide circle of Diana is known as a consummate master of the portrait, but the breadth of the experiment, a variety of forms and techniques of expression, but also a special meaning and depth to each series of works is always amazing and every time makes you look at her work from a different angle.
Her projects have been presented at solo and group exhibitions in Russia, USA, France, Switzerland, Tunisia. Works are in the collections of the Russian Academy of Arts, in Kolodzei Art Foundation, at the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg. Her works are in private collections all around the world.
