Kirill Ashestin
A multidisciplinary artist, who lives and works in Moscow. Involved in street art from 2002, he creates classic style graffiti as KREAL nickname. He lived in Saint-Petersburg for 10 years actively developing his artistic language and making experiments with different techniques and styles. Kirill created his personal recognizable style inspired by retro-futurism of 80s and 90s – “golden” Cyrillic writing supplied with digital nostalgia visual images.
He was the participant of TAD crew till 2019, one of the most famous graffiti-crews of Russia, he took part in local and foreign exhibitions and festivals.
Kirill is experimenting permanently, integrating his creation work into different forms and styles, creating visual language influenced by digital culture, technologies and subcultures, but trying to keep the background of street art.
