Ruarts gallery

Founded in 2004, Ruarts Gallery is one of the leading exhibition spaces in Moscow representing contemporary Russian and foreign authors. During this time, the gallery has become a platform for more than 100 personal and group projects.

Besides working with leading successful artists, an important part of Ruarts’ activity involves discovering and promoting new promising authors, as well as assisting in the implementation of their creative ideas. In particular, the gallery actively cooperates with members of the Russian urban contemporary art movement.

Ruarts is principally orientated towards international cooperation and exchange, which is embodied in the organization of joint projects with foreign galleries and museums. Ruarts gallery brought to Moscow expositions of such world-renowned artists as Spencer Tunick, Erwin Olaf, Nobuyoshi Araki, Nobuko Watabiki, Herve Ic and Kimiko Yoshida.

In addition to these authors, the gallery represents the following Russian artists: Sergey Anufriev, Dmitri Aske, Sergei Borisov, Vita Buivid, Misha Buryj, Alexander Egorov, Alexey Luka, Marat Morik, Mikhail Rozanov, Dmitry Tsvetkov, Alexander Zakharov.
