K35 Art gallery emerged on the Russian art stage in 2008. From the very beginning its activities were aimed at expanding the boundaries of the Russian art-market.
At the same time the gallery worked closely with young and emerging artists both Russian and international.
Over the past years, the gallery has presented more than 50 exhibitions and projects on different venues including museums and art-fairs, among which: State Historical Museum, State Museum of Architecture, All-Russian Decorative Art Museum, Art Paris, Art Vilnius, Cosmoscow, etc.
In 2020 the co-owners Maria Saava and Svetlana Postovalova have presented a new project
“K35 space” which has become a logical development of K35 Art gallery. “K35 space” is now working in 3 different fields:
-Art. The main guideline of the gallery is popularization of contemporary art, holding exhibitions of both young and established Russian and foreign artists (such as Ilya Gaponov, Vladimir Mackevich, Gina Soden, Natalia Spechinskaya, Oleg Maslov, etc.)
-Art&Design. The new sphere of the gallery’s activities is modern creative design.
“K35 space” presents design objects (both unique and limited edition) and works of independent artists creating objects of collectable design.
-Education. Different education projects (lectures, public events, master-classes) are an important part of the gallery’s activity.
