Abramova Gallery is a St. Petersburg contemporary art gallery founded in 2018 by art historian Elena Abramova.
The gallery focuses on works where traditional techniques merge with contemporary visual poetics, layering, and the inner tension of the image. It curates exhibition projects as spaces for concentrated dialogue, collaborating with various curators while independently developing a pluralistic yet conceptually rigorous program. We adhere to the principle that visual language becomes a tool for thinking — not a decorative gesture.
The gallery represents artists from different generations working in traditional media (painting, graphics, sculpture, objects), supports older-generation museum-level artists, and positions itself as a space of slow looking and meaningful artistic experience for both viewers and collectors.
