Artyom Diatyan was born in Moscow in 1969 in the family of an architect and a diplomat.

In his paintings, Artyom Diatyan often seeks to overcome the rigid construction of abstract compositions, subordinating it to dynamic energy, which finds its existential nourishment in multilayering and ambiguity at the same time. This, in turn, allows the viewer to find and discern something personal and intimate in the work. At the same time, the genesis of an artistic work undergoes direct verification in the creator himself, the author, who, striving to bring the picture to perfection, has been turning to work again for years. The search has been and always will be aimed at finding the poetic plasticity of his individual style. The method of working on paintings can be called the “presence effect” of a long time.
The paintings are in private collections in Russia, the USA, Serbia, France, Saudi Arabia, Lithuania, Armenia, Spain, Chile, Switzerland, Australia, China, as well as in various art funds. Member of the Moscow Union of Artists (Monumental Painting Section).
