The work reflects on the theme of post-internet art, in an attempt to create a visual interpretation of the key processes in the network - downloading, connecting and transmitting data, which are not visible to the eye but only recorded by software. In this way, the work makes these processes visible and is a kind of monument to the Internet.
An art group created in 2004 by Alexey Shulgin and Aristarch Chernyshev. The name ELECTROBOUTIQUE Art-Group refers to the idea of the group as a commercial company producing art objects "in modern technological forms." In 2005-2009 at the cultural center "Art‑Strelka" operated a gallery of the same name. In 2009, the group won the Kandinsky Prize in the Media Art category. In 2012, the project was transformed from an art collective into a foundation for the support of contemporary art, on the occasion of which the exhibition "Electroboutique. Requiem. Farewell Exhibition" (2012). Nevertheless, the artists continued to do joint projects under the brand name ELECTROBOUTIQUE Art-Group.
