"Memory of a place" series
These works are from the series "Memory of Place". In these works, the locations of the places depicted are important to me. Despite the almost abstract nature of these plots, events of the past are connected with them. These works can be imagined as a score, in them you can hear something acoustic. This is how compelling music looks like a witness.

The artist's projects raise a number of philosophical questions concerning the expansion of the model and functioning of art, the fixation of experience and representation of the environment, physically located outside the cultural field, but within the field of cultural research, as well as the study of the dichotomy of the concepts of "nature vs culture" outside the anthropological paradigm. The artist's circle of interests is the limits of art and the issues of cultural memory formation. Alexandra Morozova is interested in art, which has outgrown its formal boundaries, which have become philosophy, anthropology, sociology and life itself. He is a member of the "Parasite" group.
