Echoes of The Canopy
Sunil Yadav works with what the eye does not ordinarily see. Trained first in textile pattern and design, his practice decodes the hidden structures embedded in ordinary things - the veins of a single leaf, the geometry of a building façade, the invisible frequencies of sound moving through space - and renders them visible through layered geometric abstraction. His Unheard Dimension series treats sound as a silent force that persists in matter long after its source has gone. His Unseen Realities asks whether perception is structured by patterns we have never consciously noticed, and whether the painter's task is simply to make them legible. His work is held in collections including Kumar Mangalam Birla, Reliance Industries, Boston Consulting Group, and Plaksha University, and he is a juried selection of the Embassy of Germany's Art in Residence programme, New Delhi
