Ksenia Breivo is a successful Russian designer with extensive international practice in the field of interiors. She received an architectural education, after which she graduated from the Details School of Design.
"For me, the whole process is important, from the idea to the embodiment – to the moment when everything becomes tangible, and then transforms over the course of life. I am inspired by natural materials – stone, wood, glass, rock crystal, paper, metal, textile, fireclay, plaster, wax, felt. I experiment a lot, combining different substances — and this is a fascinating process. Craft turns out to be key in creating my items: I work with craftsmen around the world, and I look for like-minded people who like my ideas,” the designer explains.
